Jenni Ross-Janett; I grew up in Zimbabwe and did a fair bit of globetrotting before picking New Zealand as my country of choice. I originally qualified as a secondary school teacher and was head of department for an international school before entering the private sector to run my own businesses. In New Zealand I have successfully led a variety of teams and designed and implemented people development solutions for corporates. When I am not busy at my desk, I can be found up north at Kaiwaka, with my husband restoring the wetlands on our little piece of paradise.

Kelly McLuckie; I started my working career in the Royal New Zealand Navy as a Supply and Logistics officer – spending a lot of time in the organisational and people development spaces. My Bachelors Degree in Business and Information Management, majoring in Human Resource Management and Information Management provided the platform for a diverse range of roles, but I quickly discovered my love of creating high performing teams. I subsequently spent time as a Leadership Development Consultant working with large corporates (where I met Jenni), before setting up Success Formula. I’m now a working mother (with two young boys), passionate sailor and active Rotarian.
