Why We Do What We Do

Through our work in the area of Organisation and Leadership Development, designing and facilitating training programmes, we were both becoming increasingly frustrated. After a programme, participants would go back to their workplace and detect a lack of alignment between what they were trained in and how they were being managed. As a result, little, if any, of what was ‘trained’ ever got implemented.

It was at this time we discovered the Success Formula concept and started to explore ways to share it with New Zealand businesses. We realised this could provide all business operations with a framework of best practice into which activities such as training, accounting and marketing would sit.

It was an exciting way to measure the ‘soft stuff’ at an organisational level, and promote desirable behaviours that would engage staff, make continuous improvement part of culture and bring the business vision into every day work spaces. It was also a very unique management service with its use of images; a concept that wasn’t heavily used in NZ but had gained huge popularity overseas. Success Formula the business was born!

We both hold a number of qualifications, but I believe it’s our passion for people and their potential contribution to business success, and our absolute belief in the benefits of Success Formula which is leading to our success (and could to yours).
