Work out sample individual goals for young drivers that can support your overall business objective.

Using the template provided,

  1. Identify the business goals
  2. Identify some individual goals to support these
  3. Think if how you would measure against them.

This could be for a driver or another team role.

Hint: talk to a senior leader if you get stuck.
